Undeliverable OrdersPlease note that if your package is returned to HSAINT due to the following reasons:

2. Unclaimed
3. Invalid Address
4. Addressee Not Known
5. Insufficient Address

the order will be cancelled and subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Please note shipping charges and processing fees such as: discreet packaging, express service, and insurance are non-refundable.
